This is a 2-day seminar covering the usefulness and place of IV therapy in oncology, including potential benefits and areas of recent research justifying its use. IV therapy has proven useful for improving quality of life for oncology patients, including hydration and nutrition, pain management, recovery and prevention of side effects during radiation and chemotherapy. Application and efficacy of both high dose and low dose IV vitamin C. We also cover novel and emerging therapies in oncology, including but not limited to: Artesunate, Salicinium, Alpha lipoic acid, Hydrogen peroxide, Lipoic-mineral complexes, Dichloroacetate (DCA), Germanium, Bicarbonate, Silibinin, DMSO/MSM, Calcitriol, Germanium, Glycine, Combination therapies, Phosphatidylcholine and other justified by current research. Our two-day advanced seminar is designed for Naturopathic Doctors, Medical Doctors, Osteopathic Doctors, Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, Medical Students and other interested medical professionals who have already been trained in the fundamentals of IV nutrient therapies. The goal of this course is to explore the use of IV therapies specifically in patients with chronic infectious diseases, chronic neurodegenerative diseases and related conditions.
